Critical Care Educator - 2585211

Currently looking for a Critical Care Educator to support and onboard nursing staff in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a small, standalone, for-profit community hospital that provides essential healthcare services to the underserved and underinsured.

Key Role Details:

• Schedule: Flexible, Monday to Friday (8 AM–4 PM or 7 AM–3 PM)

Role Overview:

The Critical Care Educator will be responsible for:

• Training and onboarding nurses in the ED and ICU.
• Focusing on entry-level ICU practices, including basic triage and trauma stabilization.
• Providing foundational training without the expectation of managing advanced procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in educating critical care nurses is required.
• No need for a Master’s degree, but practical experience in hands-on education and nurse onboarding is critical.
