Credit Administration Manager

• Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring regulatory loan compliance.
• Responsible for commercial loan reviews.
• Responsible for pre & post closing file review.
• Ensures federal and state regulatory compliance.
• Guarantees that loans comply with loan policy and adhere to safe and sound banking practices.
• Conducts internal credit audits  as necessary.
• Oversees all loan support staff and maintains efficient operations.
• Responsible for annual review and update of the loan policy.
• Provide loan training to staff as needed.
• Coordinates external compliance exams and audits.
• Work with regulatory authorities and outside auditors.
