About the Role
The Corporate Support Coordinator supports daily operations across multiple departments to keep things running smoothly. From managing e-commerce platforms and event logistics to providing IT support and ensuring accurate billing, this role is key to how we show up for our patients and our team. The position is based at our Carolina Park location but may occasionally provide support at Seaside Farms.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Retail Support

Analyze sales data to improve product performance and boost profitability.

Manage product listings, promotions, and pricing on online sales platforms.

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries on e-commerce channels.
Accounts Receivable & Billing

Generate and distribute accurate invoices for patients and prescribers.

Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

Serve as the main point of contact for billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
IT & Website Support

Partner with our IT service team to troubleshoot tech issues at both locations.

Maintain and update the Sweetgrass website to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate external vendors for specialized support when needed.
Event & Catering Coordination

Plan and execute employee celebrations and company events.

Gather employee feedback post-event via satisfaction surveys.

Manage catering logistics and assist with onsite setup and equipment.
Shipping & Storefront Support

Provide backup support for shipping and front-store operations as needed.

What You'll Bring

Associate’s Degree required
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with IT troubleshooting

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet periodically

Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and cash handling

A Few More Things
This role primarily involves office work, with occasional physical tasks and standing. You may be exposed to hazardous chemicals used in pharmacy compounding, so safety protocols must be followed.
