Corporate Account Manager / Public Relations / Marketing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Corporate Account Manager to oversee and grow our corporate accounts in Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector. This role involves managing day to day client communications, coordinating transportation services for patients, and building long term relationships with corporate and healthcare partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate and healthcare accounts
- Manage service requests, ride scheduling, and account needs for corporate clients and their patients
- Ensure timely coordination of non-emergency transportation services
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Track and report service performance and account metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve service offerings and streamline client processes
- Work with the dispatch, billing, and operations teams to meet account requirements
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication logs
- Assist in onboarding new corporate clients and training client representatives on processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or healthcare/transportation coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare transportation regulations is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Urdu, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a corporate account management or healthcare transportation role
- Experience with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) or similar services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
