We are looking for Cooks with at least 1 year of experience. You must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and an ability to learn quickly.

Essential Functions:

1. Ability to read and speak English.
2. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
3. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
4. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
5. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
6. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
7. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
8. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

Essential Physical Requirements:

1. Good Vision, general and close
2. Good hearing
3. Manual Dexterity
4. Standing, bending, stretching and walking throughout shift
5. Upper body strength, arms, wrists, and hands
6. Lift and carry 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
7. Maintain good personal hygiene/uniform
8. This position will spend 100% of the time standing
9. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
