Vitality Living of Upsala is looking to add a Cook to our new location in Long Prairie!  The successful candidate would be responsible for preparing and serving the daily meals to the residents and guests.  The candidate must fulfill expectations and have exceptional customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Receiving and Storage of Food Service Products

·       Food Production

·       Safe Food Handling Skills and Practices

·       Customer Service and Meal Presentation

·       Sanitation of Food Service Area

·       Operation and Maintenance of Facility, Equipment and Appliances

Education and Experience:

·       High school diploma or GED preferred.

·       Previous experience in a culinary setting with a healthcare facility.

·       Successful completion of Vitality’s general and department orientation program.

·       Experience in working with older adults, preferred.
