Cook

Parkway has an excellent opportunity for an experienced cook. Must be energetic, self-motivated and enjoy cooking and working with the elderly.

Position requirements:

· A commitment to serving others.

· At least one year experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

· Knowledge of special diets, and wants to be a team player in a fast-paced facility

· Duties to include:

· Prepare all food to meet requirements.

· Handle food in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.

· Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food production.

· Follows a menu to prepare meals.
