Job Description: As a Cook at Slim Chickens, you will:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking as necessary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct other crew level responsibilities as needed
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and support to other kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is a plus.
