What we are looking for:

Ideal Requirements: 

·       Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism at all times 

·       Efficiency with following recipes and ensuring adherence to all recipes 

·       Keep a clean & organized station at all times 

·       Advanced Knife Handling Skills 

·       3+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant or hotel kitchen 

·       Strong work ethic, hunger to learn and grow, positive attitude, passionate about food 

·       Commitment to excellence and working with the team 

·       Full availability and flexible schedule 

What we ask of you:

• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a high-level of problem-solving skills.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety and performance regulations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
