Contract / Part-Time Paralegal
Position Overview
VIP Supreme Staffing, LLC is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing company providing STNA/CNA, LPN, and RN professionals to healthcare facilities. We are seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal to support our corporate, employment, and compliance-related legal operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized paralegal with experience in healthcare, staffing, or employment law who can work independently and collaborate with outside counsel as needed.
This position is non-attorney and strictly limited to legal support and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities Corporate & Contract Support

Draft, update, and maintain standard legal documents and templates, including:

NDAs
-
Independent Contractor Agreements
-
Employment Agreements
-
Vendor and Client Service Agreements
-

Organize, track, and manage executed contracts, MSAs, and amendments
-
Maintain corporate records and contract repositories
-
Prepare board resolutions, consents, and meeting minutes as directed
-
Assist with preparation of:
-
Offer letters
-
Policy acknowledgments
-
Disciplinary documentation
-
Separation documentation (non-legal)
-

Maintain personnel and compliance files
-
Support onboarding documentation related to employment eligibility and compliance
-
Assist with drafting and updating employee handbooks and internal policies (from approved guidance)

Track professional licenses, certifications, and credentialing documentation
-
Maintain compliance calendars and renewal deadlines
-
Assist with audit preparation and document requests
-
Organize regulatory filings and correspondence
-
Support multi-state staffing compliance documentation (as directed)

Serve as point of contact for document requests from outside counsel

Organize litigation, demand letters, and claims documentation (if applicable)

Manage subpoenas and discovery files (administrative support only)

Assist leadership with legal project tracking and reporting
Qualifications Required

Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience

Minimum 2–5 years of paralegal experience

Experience in corporate, employment, healthcare, or staffing-related law

Strong document drafting and organization skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and document management systems

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience supporting healthcare staffing or medical organizations

Familiarity with multi-state employment compliance

Experience working with outside counsel

Knowledge of HIPAA-adjacent documentation (non-clinical)
