We are a rapidly growing, privately owned Holding Company located in Norcross, GA is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution and management of Procurement related contracts; including new master agreements, amendments, extensions, Statements of Work, etc.
  • Responsible for assisting business units with contract negotiation Support Supply Chain staff (Sourcing team, Procurement team & Sales team) on contracts as needed,
  • Responsible for utilizing and enforcing Client' enterprise contract management tools, templates, processes, and policies
  • Acts as the primary contact between the business units and Client' Legal department and Enterprise Contract Management; ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Understand and ensure adherence to Client legal and contract standards.
  • Ensure escalation to Management on complex legal matters as appropriate.
  • Assist business units by presenting contractually negotiated terms (e.g. contract templates) and advising teams on how to work within internal systems, ensuring minimal legal and financial risk to business units Administer contracts in accordance with business unit policies and procedures in cohesion with client MSAs, SOWs and amendments/addendums, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and review and evaluate client request for changes in, or revisions of, contracts that involve technical specifications, cost or schedule impact to business units
  • Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Constantly prioritize workload and provide clear and accurate guidance to business units as it relates to contracts, company objectives and timeline for completing tasks Identifies risks and issues; suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and education about supply chain contract processes and procedures
  • Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. in conjunction with Enterprise Contract Management Prepares contract summaries (including cost, risks, term, etc.) for contracts prior to execution by senior leadership, as needed
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
  • Draft and revise contracts as updates become available with knowledge of legal procedures and accuracy in drafting documents
  • Serve as a liaison between management and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
  • Develop and maintain digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records
  • Resolve any existing contract conflicts
  • Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant data or information is available
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business administration, law, or related field required; master’s degree in business, law, or related field preferred
  • Two years previous experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Strict adherence to company guidelines, compliance laws, and legal requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
