💼 About the Role
Rebel Athletic is building a nationwide Content Crew—a team of creative, energetic individuals who bring Rebel events to life through photography, videography, and social storytelling.

This isn’t a full-time employee role. Instead, you’ll be part of our approved Content Crew list and will be invited to cover events such as cheer and dance showcases, competitions, Rebel Dream Boutiques, and pop-up shops. When an opportunity comes up, you’ll have the flexibility to say yes or no based on your availability.

🎟️ What You’ll Do
✨ Travel nationwide to cover Rebel events (all expenses covered).
⚡ Capture high-quality photos and videos using iPhone in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
📱 Create engaging social media content showcasing Rebel athletes, apparel, and experiences.
🎶 Time your shots to the rhythm of cheer and dance performances.
🎬 Provide quick-turnaround edits (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for same-day posting.
📂 Deliver raw and edited content back to Rebel Marketing for use across platforms.
🤝 Represent Rebel with professionalism, positivity, and energy at every event.

⭐ Who You Are
🎉 Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about cheer/dance culture.
📸 Skilled in iPhone photography/videography (especially action and movement shots).
💬 Confident using editing apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
🧠 Organized, independent, and able to meet same-day deadlines.
🎭 Outgoing, personable, and professional with athletes, families, and fans.
🚗 Willing and able to travel nationwide (primarily weekends).
📣 Prior experience in content creation, social media, or event coverage is a plus.

✨ Bonus Points
📸 Previous experience covering cheer/dance events.
🎥 Strong editing/production skills beyond quick-turnaround apps.
💃 Familiarity with the performance industry’s timing and culture.

🏙️ Working Conditions
This is a contract, project-based role with flexible scheduling. Crew Members must be able to:

• Travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Stand for extended periods and adapt to fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Work weekends during major event seasons.
