The Contact Center Specialist CCS is at the core of our member services, providing outstanding professional service. You will assist our members through phone and e-service channels, building a long-term, valued financial relationship with the Credit Union. You will be at the center of information station! Minimum Requirements:
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS will need to be professional, well-developed interpersonal skills for greeting and effectively interacting with various groups of members, callers, visitors, and vendors
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS will have to show completion of high school diploma or GED
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with all levels of management and staff
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS will be expected to be positive, pleasant, friendly, and professional image within the workplace
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS should be proficient in Microsoft Office
- The Contact Center Specialist CCS should have some experience in customer service, office setting, or a financial institution preferred
