First Capital Federal Credit Union is looking for an energetic and motivated Contact Center Manager to lead our Contact Center team. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Contact Center Specialists
  • Oversee daily operations of our phone and digital support channels
  • Drive outbound sales and service initiatives
  • Use analytics and reporting to improve performance and member satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance the member experience
  • Stay ahead of trends in contact center technology and service delivery

What You Bring:

  • Supervisory or management experience in a contact center, financial institution, or sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Knowledge of digital banking and contact center practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence
