Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator (BSC) to support the operations of our Business Services Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in business loans and business account management. The BSC will work closely with business members, internal team members, and external vendors to perform various business-related functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the opening of business accounts and processing of related documentation.
- Review business documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide support to both business members and staff to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Generate and submit various reports in a timely manner.
- Handle business member referrals and ensure proper follow-up.
- Manage loan files and other business-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain streamlined processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business services team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Basic understanding of business loans and accounts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
