Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Orange CA (possibly Paramount or Signal Hill)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Safety Manager to ensure the safety and compliance of our workplace. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining workplace safety standards, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, risk assessment, and health and safety regulations.

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols across all areas of the Company.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Lead safety training programs for all employees and ensure that safety standards are maintained.

• Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor and track safety performance metrics.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure the company complies with them.

• Ensure proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available and used by employees.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards.

• Serve as a point of contact for any safety-related concerns or issues raised by employees.

• Manage emergency response planning, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first-aid readiness.

• Oversee compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and other relevant local and international safety standards.
