***Construction-Project Manager for Stadium, Commercial and Industrial Projects***

We are looking for like-minded Construction Project Managers that share the vision for innovation and growth. You will work with the owner in organizing and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The complexity of the projects includes the total scope of fast paced commercial construction projects.

An excellent  Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best, cost-effective results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to customer, company, and governmental requirements and without exceeding budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of successful project management experience
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
•Multiyear experience reading, interpreting, and implementing construction blueprints.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong record keeping
• A team player

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·       Estimating projects

·       Invoicing

·       Complete all details of the construction as outlined in agreements, guidelines, and blueprints.

·       Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

·       Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

·       Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

·       Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

·        Evaluate progress and prepare daily detailed reports

·       Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

·       Keep customers, peers and owners/leadership apprised of all facets of the builds as they are occurring.

·       Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations

·       Collaborating with engineers, architects, designers, suppliers, subcontractors etc. to determine the specifications of the project

·       Procurement / subcontractor selection and management

·       Evaluate / Process change orders – owner and subcontractor

·       Manage Submittals and RFI process – with likely Project Engineer support

·       Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

·       Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

·        Evaluate progress and prepare daily detailed reports

·        Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

·       Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets

·       Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures

·       Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects

·       Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment

·       Microsoft Project, SmartSheets and Microsoft Excel preferred
