Construction Installer
D&H United/Cochise is looking for a few committed and hardworking construction installer to represent our company and services well. Our company is strong and loyal to all of our employees. We are looking for someone who is willing to take the challenge and rewarding career of a construction installer with our company. This position is for long term employment with opportunity of becoming a construction foreman. As a construction installer you will be installing or repairing several different types of new and existing fueling systems including: gas stations, aviation fueling systems, fleet fueling systems, generator fuel systems, and many others. At any of these different sites you may be working on fuel pumps, fuel tanks, piping systems, etc. As a construction installer you will be working on a crew with a foreman as a team. Heavy lifting and physical duties are a large part of this job day-to-day. D&H United/Cochise will train you on all of the specialty items you may need to know to preform but you must have the basic skills listed below.
Duties/Requirements

- Basic carpentry knowledge
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Heavy equipment knowledge
- Clean driving record, able to obtain a CDL and medical card
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs on occasion and 50lbs on a regular basis
- Able to provide basic hand tools for daily work
Example of a work day:
- Morning safety meeting/ daily job assignment
- Gather materials for that day/job
- Complete all the daily tasks in a safely manner
- Tasks could be excavation for underground tanks/piping, remodel of existing equipment, concrete work, loader/excavator use, crane/telebelt use.
- Installing all petroleum related materials and parts required per state, local and industry codes
- Working with inspectors testing the operation of all equipment
- Working with sub-contractors
- Return home safely
Hours
- Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30
- Current overtime hours reaching 45-50 hours a week
