Construction Coordinator
The Construction Coordinator plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated construction projects to ensure site safety, project quality, and expected profitability is achieved within the targeted time frame. This position reports to the Region Installation Leader and District General Manager. Direct reports include Field Technicians and Laborers. Ensures all D&H’s standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
2. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders of assigned projects.
3. Proficiency with office management tools.
4. Follows all processes as outlined within company Standard Operating Procedures
5. Manage the full cycle of billing and collection processes with various customers.
6. Assist with field payroll and certified payroll.
7. Procurement of permits and licensing within given projects.
8. Partners with Construction Managers and Project Managers to discuss project’s progress, issues, and action/recovery plans.
9. Ability to accurately progress project revenue on a monthly basis.
10. Provide purchase order management throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Become proficient in ERP and be able to use it as needed.
12. Completes miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.

Basic Knowledge & Competencies:
· Communicates effectively and persuasively with key stakeholders including project managers, operations managers, and customer contacts.
· Strong ability to prioritize tasks, effectively manage projects, and overcome obstacles.
· Track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with other team members and customers.
· Proven ability to understand and assess business needs, develop and implement action plans, effectively manage multiple projects, and lead personnel to deliver desired results.
Previous Experience/Education:
- At least two years construction relevant administrative expertise in the construction industry or related trades..
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to lift 25 lbs.
· Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
