Concierge Response Ambassador- 2nd/3rd Shifts - $21-$22

- Position may require long standing and walking hours while working at the assigned client site.
- Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
- Adhere and enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and standards of conduct.
- Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
- Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
- Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned locations.
- Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
- Maintain professional working relationship with property management, MFort Security Services, employees, contractors, and other members assigned to the property.
- Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by MFort Security Services or client representative.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience (at least 5 years) working in a hotel or residential building
- Proven customer service experience in a luxury setting (at least 5 years)
- Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
- Skills in multitasking and good time-management.
- Must have a service orientated mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
- Ability to pass drug test and extensive background check.
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- Residential/Concierge Experience: 2 years (Required)
