Concierge

Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Concierge to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Concierge at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

Concierge Responsibilities

●        Assist in reception duties

●        Ensure that all processes needed for patient services are prepared

●        Coordinate internal admissions process with various department heads

●        Conduct facility tours

●        Follow up on concerns from guests, family, and staff

●        Maintain and update facility guest census

●        Act as customer service liaison for the facility

Concierge Requirements

●        High school diploma or its equivalent

●        Previous professional experience

●        COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

●        Previous experience in a long-term care environment

●        Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements and procedures

●        Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
