Computer Aided Design (CAD) Department Manager
Employee-Owned Premier Countertop Company looking for an experienced Computer Aided Design (CAD) Manager. This position requires knowledge of computer-aided design software and leading a small team of Draftsmen.
Job Requirements
- Strong CAD drafting and drawing skills
- Drawing and programming files, as well as overseeing staff and their work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance standards with the Draftsmen team.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and mathematics skills for creating and reviewing CAD drawings.
- Quality training and oversight for the Draftsmen team to ensure design standards.
- Accountability to meet company goals and design standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification / A.A.S. or higher in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
- At least 5 to 7 years of CAD experience, preferably in a manufacturing or remodeling industry
- At least 3 to 5 years of Management experience
This position requires the manager to be site to lead their team.

This position is Monday through Friday with the potential for overtime.
