Compounding Pharmacy Sales Manager - North Carolina

We are a community compounding pharmacy in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina licensed in 25+ states.  

Job Overview:

The Compounding Pharmacy Sales Manager is a business driven and self-motivated individual that sells our compounded prescription products to doctor’s offices in designated states.  This full-time role will have a specific territory to cover.  Travel is expected and paid on a salaried basis with incentives.

Things You Will Do:

• Builds and maintains a network of physician’s offices (providers) from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with providers and leads to identifying and understanding their compounded medication needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Communicate ideas and potential offerings to Chief Compounding Officer
• Describes the functions and utility of our compounded prescription products based on provider needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Fielding calls from offices with questions, concerns or problems.
