The Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator will manage the onboarding of new properties and clients while ensuring ongoing compliance with housing assistance programs through accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and cross-team coordination.

Position Type

Part Time (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for full time.


Responsibilities

As a Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator at Kiley Management, you will:


Housing Program & Compliance Coordination


  • Act as the liaison with public housing authorities and other housing assistance programs.
  • Prepare, submit, and track required documentation to public housing authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our property management software.
  • Monitor progress through the process with public housing authorities and follow up as necessary.

Client & Property Onboarding


  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Collect ownership documents and property information from owners and residents.
  • Set up new properties in our systems (Buildium, CompanyCam, Jobber, etc).
  • Coordinate inspection appointments, resident notices, and welcome materials.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:


  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic functions of computers and general office equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate laws, policies, and procedures.
