Summary

Local property management company looking for a Compliance Technician who is motivated, reliable and flexible to join our dynamic Property Services Team. As a Compliance Inspector, you will help create an environment and culture that enables us to fulfill our mission to provide superior customer service and hospitality to our homeowners and guests.

Candidates will be responsible for completing property inspections and preventative maintenance/cleaning when necessary on our Residential and Vacation properties. Candidates should be familiar with Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. A background check and a good driving record will be required. Some maintenance knowledge will be necessary. This position creates additional income through after-hours accessibility on a bi-weekly basis. Southern Coast Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
