We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Outreach team as Community Support Workers. In this role, you'll have the chance to connect with and support men and women in the vibrant community surrounding our Hastings facility. Your duties will include offering referrals for housing, clothing, shelter, recovery, and other front desk services. You will frequently engage with clients in crisis situations, offering compassion and assistance. Collaborating with a supportive team will play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.

This is a Casual, On-Call position. This position has no set schedule, and flexibility for daytime, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends is required. The starting hourly wage for this position ranges from $23.82 - $26.03. Hours worked between 10 pm – 6 am include a $3/hour shift premium. For a copy of the full job description, click here.
