Community Support Worker (Casual)

New Westminster, BC Temporary $23.82-$26.03/hour

Joining the Outreach Team at the New West Resource Centre offers a creative opportunity to impact lives and communities. As a Community Support Worker, you'll build relationships, share the message of hope, and provide practical assistance to our neighbors. Based at the New West Resource Centre, you'll also assist Outreach efforts with helping the local community services that partner with us. To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of skills like serving and resource coordination, coupled with empathy and communication. Together, we'll sow seeds of hope and foster positive change in our community.

You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems.  There will be other staff nearby to assist as required. 

The wage rage for this position is $23.82 - $26.03 per hour.
