Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Dudley DeBosier is looking to add a Difference Maker to our Marketing team!
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence and marketing efforts for our injury law firm. This role focuses on building brand awareness, educating the public about legal services, generating leads, and supporting client engagement through various digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media platforms, content creation, and legal marketing best practices.
JOB DUTIES:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, manage, and schedule content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor online conversations.
- Create visually compelling graphics, reels, and short-form video content to explain legal services, highlight client success stories, and promote brand credibility.
- Monitor social media performance and analytics; adjust strategies based on engagement and growth metrics.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
- Write and design original content (posts, blog articles, infographics, email campaigns) related to personal injury law, client FAQs, safety tips, and case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys to create accurate, accessible educational materials.
- Stay up to date with legal news, local events, and trends relevant to our community and practice areas.
Branding & Outreach:
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all marketing materials.
- Assist with branding initiatives, including testimonials, client review campaigns, and referral marketing.
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
- Assist in planning and executing online advertising and promotional campaigns aimed at acquiring new leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
- Track and report on ROI and lead conversion data.
Event & Community Involvement:
- Coordinate marketing for community events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements involving the firm.
- Promote participation in local outreach programs to boost firm visibility.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing (law firm or legal industry experience a plus).
- Proficient in Canva, or other design tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot).
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal marketing compliance and advertising ethics is a plus.
