Community Manager - Affordable
We are seeking a Community Manager - Affordable for two apartments communities in Mebane, NC. These are voucher based through Rural Development. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position offers 40 hours per week.
Summary of Position:
- Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
- Resident certifying
- Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
- Completing all lease paperwork
- Completing and processing applications
- Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
- Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
- Upkeep the office and clubhouse
- Rent collections
- Processing invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Good organizational skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must have reliable transportation
