We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can build relationships in the community while driving strategic growth initiatives across our stores.

Position Overview

This role blends grassroots marketing with strategic sales growth. You will be responsible for increasing same-store sales, growing catering revenue, building long-term partnerships, and executing high-impact community events.

This is not a desk-only marketing job. You will be in schools, at events, visiting local businesses, and in stores driving promotions.

You will also be accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities

Grassroots & Community Engagement

  • Build partnerships with schools, youth sports leagues, churches, and local organizations
  • Plan and execute fundraisers, spirit nights, and community events
  • Represent the brand at festivals and local events
  • Develop ongoing relationships that generate recurring revenue

Strategic Sales Growth

  • Drive same-store sales growth through targeted local campaigns
  • Develop catering outreach strategy for businesses and offices
  • Identify slow dayparts and create traffic-driving promotions
  • Support grand openings and new store launches
  • Analyze campaign ROI and adjust strategies accordingly

Digital & Brand Execution

  • Manage social media with a growth mindset (engagement + conversion)
  • Coordinate email/text promotions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all locations
  • Track KPIs and provide monthly performance reports

Performance Metrics

You will be measured on:

  • Same-store sales growth
  • Catering revenue growth
  • Event ROI
  • New community partnerships secured
  • Social engagement growth tied to promotions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in marketing, events, hospitality, or franchise operations
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed
  • Self-starter who thrives without constant supervision
  • Experience in restaurant or multi-unit environment preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
