Community Director - Lewisville

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Lewisville a 218-unit Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing outstanding customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least, 2 years experience in a property manager position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Valid Texas driver's license and required company insurance.
