Refrigerative Supply Limited is a family business owned by Alison Hamilton and Linda Gibbs. The business was founded by Peter Gibbs' and Alison Hamilton's parents, Jack and Elizabeth Gibbs. In 1949 they acquired the four-year-old Vancouver branch of an American-based company. From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby and sixteen other branches. We are committed to remaining a family business and are proud to have the third generation working in the business. The Opportunity:
What you would be doing.
- Assist in building out the front-end company platform on Teams and SharePoint in collaboration with IT.
- This person will conduct a needs analysis with each department and location then build out the content and sites for each.
- Assist with change management planning for the company transition to Teams & SharePoint
- Assemble training documents on the Office 365 rollout, including Teams & SharePoint, and create a user-friendly training centre experience on the Teams & SharePoint platforms
What we are looking for.
- Effective communicator who can determine the needs of each area and then action those needs to assist in building out the internal platforms
- Experience with Teams & SharePoint (and other Office 365 Tools)
- Strong communication skills
