Commercial Roofing/Exteriors Client Manager (Sales)

**Please note, our home office is located in Baldwin, MD but for this specific role we are seeking someone in the Southeastern PA area (Harrisburg, Lancaster, Wilmington, etc.)**

Job Description:

• Manage, nurture, and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate and schedule roof inspections (perform inspections in tandem with field staff)
• Generate roof inspection reports ad present/review with clients
• Assist clients with insurance claim initiation and process
• Coordinate roof replacement projects with our scheduling staff

Beneficial Prior Experience:

• Sales to Property Management Industry (Condo, Apartment or Retail)
• Prior Roofing/Exteriors sales experience

Salary:

• $60,000-$80,000 annually based on experience
