Essential qualifications for candidates:

A great attitude and team-first mindset

At least 1 year of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)

Active insurance license(s)

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Confident in using Microsoft Office
Essential job functions include:

Working alongside producers and other account managers to manage client accounts and deliver great service

Building relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to help find the best coverage options

Putting together marketing submissions and handling carrier quoting systems

Helping remarket existing accounts and support producers with new business opportunities

Talking with clients to understand what they need and guiding them through their options

Preparing proposals and helping clients feel confident in the choices they make

Staying current on carrier appetite and market trends so we’re always offering smart solutions
