Needs a Bachelors Degree + 5 years of experience + strong Excel
skills
Manage premium billing for large commercial groups, including tracking member changes and
retroactive adjustments.
Handle 10–15 inbound/outbound calls daily, primarily for payment processing and resolving
discrepancies.
Process payments via phone and online portal.
Create and distribute monthly spreadsheets for billing and reconciliation.
Perform account reconciliations and manage AR functions, including sending past-due notices.
Track retroactive billing adjustments and maintain accurate records.
Provide exceptional customer service to large group clients, addressing inquiries and resolving
complex issues.
Adapt to evolving workflows and processes, especially during system transitions.
Collaborate effectively within a small, close-knit team.
