Collection Consultant

The position we are hiring for, Collection Consultant, will be exciting as this candidate will be part of a company that is taking a new and unique approach to the collection industry. They take a caring approach to collecting by going above and beyond and building positive relationships with the consumer by having conversations as well as taking the time to update resumes and find job interviews for those struggling with debt.

What you will be doing:

· Manage thousands of past-due receivable accounts in your own “business”.

· Author your own talk off with the guidance of other high performers - NO scripts and NO robots!

· Work on a small team to help each other improve and hold each other accountable. NO managers!

A Successful candidate will possess the following:

· Eagerness to grow your career and make a difference

· Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
