Coffee Coordinator
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, the Coffee Coordinator is responsible for leading Coffee Team Members in the efficient and profitable operation of the department. The Assistant Store Manager works alongside to foster a positive and healthy work environment that provides excellent service to Team Members and customers alike. The successful candidate will set the tone and personality of the Coffee Project by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Guide, train, and supervise the coffee department team, cultivating a supportive and efficient work atmosphere.
- Monitor day-to-day activities in the coffee department, ensuring smooth operations, top-notch quality, and customer contentment.
- Select and manage an assortment of premium, sustainably sourced coffee beans and associated items. Customer
- Devise plans to enrich customer interactions and involvement within the coffee project space.
- Control budgeting, pricing strategies, and inventory management to meet financial goals.
- Maintain impeccable standards in coffee preparation, presentation, and service delivery.
- Establish and sustain partnerships with coffee suppliers and vendors.
- Work together on marketing initiatives and promotions to elevate the visibility and prosperity of the coffee project.

- Strong leadership skills that will inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively in a busy retail store environment.
- A high level of self accountability, and an appreciation for details & organization.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience as a Barista or in a comparable position.
- Understanding of diverse coffee brewing techniques and drink formulas.
- Effective communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-speed setting.
- Team-oriented mindset, positivity, and a genuine passion for coffee
