Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Van Driver

Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA:
Possess a current CNA certificate
At least 18 years old
High school diploma/GED
Authorized to work in the US
Van Driver Job Duties
1.Provides a safe, clean environment for residents in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
2. Drives company-owned vehicles in order to transport residents to appointments or activities.
3.Notifies the Executive Director of any necessary repairs or mechanical problems in a timely manner.
4. Picks up residents at prearranged locations and transports to specific destinations.
5. Verifies that the Facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
6. Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment for the residents during transport.
7. Completes and maintains accurate accident and incident reports in a professional and timely manner.
