The Nursing Assistant at Aicota is responsible for direct resident care, based on the resident's preference and care plan.
Nursing assistants are responsible for providing ADL's, assistance at meals, and ensuring that our residents are offered comfort and a caring environment.
Benefits available: Health Insurance, PTO, ESL, time and a half pay for holidays worked, rotating holiday schedules, and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment. Aicota offers an EAP for all employees.)
Aicota offers a 8 and 12 hour shifts so you can find a schedule that meets your needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Salary: Our Performance Based Wage program allows staff to make $25.50/hour.

Not certified, but want to be? Contact us to see how we can help! Aicota offers onsite Nursing Assistant courses to help you begin your nursing career! Classes are at no expense to Aicota employees, and students will be paid for up to 40 hours of classroom time.
*Pay for previous experience in a long-term care setting will be considered for all applicants.
