Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Various Facilities (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Home Health, etc.)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN (As needed)

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. As a CNA with our medical staffing agency, you will play a critical role in assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulating.
• Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Assist in feeding patients, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide support with medication reminders and report any changes in patient condition.
• Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being and report concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist in maintaining patient hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting of patient status and care.
• Follow established care plans and collaborate with nursing staff to update patient care as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and confidentiality regulations (HIPAA).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a CNA is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, basic medical terminology, and health monitoring procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong focus on patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
