Brookfield is a Skilled Long Term Care Facility that specializes in the care and treatment of elderly and behavior patients. We are looking for driven CMTs to join our team!

This position requires a MO CMT Certified Medical Technician and the willingness to assist with CNA responsibilities as required!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Distribute prescribed medications

·       Assist with dining needs

·       Respond to call lights

·       Chart / Document resident cares and MAR’s

·       Positive resident interaction
