Introduction:

We are seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients for all shifts. The Certified Medication Aide will assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
  

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred

• Certified Medication Aide certificate

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules

• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed
