Clubhouse Maintenance
Job Summary: Performs repairs and general maintenance needs for multiple buildings, equipment, furniture, some mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks.
Job Tasks:
1. Performs the maintenance of parking lots, tennis courts, swimming pools and other recreational areas.
2. Ensures all building maintenance, repair and cleaning activities are identified and completed as assigned by Department Manager.
3. Keeps their work areas safe, clean and organized.
4. Ensures that all garbage is properly removed from the clubhouse premises.
5. Responds to emergencies by department heads as assigned by department manager or manager on duty.
6. Carries out maintenance and work orders assigned by department manager.
7. Assists with preparation of special functions, parties, tournaments, holiday decorations and constructing display pieces as assigned by the department manager.
8. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the department manager.
