Clinical Supervisor LMFT LCSW LPC Jackson New Jersey

Caring Family Community Services is a family-owned and operated outpatient and in-home counseling provider which was founded in 2003. We are one of the largest providers of in-home and office-based counseling services in the state of New Jersey.

Currently, we are seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to work in-office to provide supervision to both our outpatient and in-home staff as well as carry a small caseload. This position requires a current LPC or LCSW license in New Jersey as well as a clinical supervisor certification.

Qualifications/Experience:

-Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role within the behavioral health industry (preferably outpatient or inpatient care)

-Must Possess strong communication, writing and time management skills

-Knowledge of New Jersey Department of Children and Family a plus

Responsibilities:

-Supervision of outpatient and in-home clinicians

-Management of new client stream

-Staff development, orientation, employee compliance and training

-Assure standards of care and compliance for clinical services

-Provide some direct clinical services as needed

-Provide regular updates and reports

-Participate in quality improvement and process change

-Completion of miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned by management
