Client Support Lead-

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and handle escalations related to concerns about service and maintenance completion, primarily through written communication via the client or HiredHelpr portal or email.
  • Manage reconciliation between HiredHelpr's proprietary portal and various client portals, requiring a basic understanding of different property management systems.
  • Respond to client and vendor messages in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding service and effectively relay information back to the client.
  • Address conflicts with professionalism and poise.
  • Collaborate with team members to present new ideas and express challenges.
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues.
  • Maintain an understanding of pools and lawns to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Adapt to changing environments and requirements.
