Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations related to concerns about service and maintenance completion, primarily through written communication via the client or HiredHelpr portal or email.
- Manage reconciliation between HiredHelpr's proprietary portal and various client portals, requiring a basic understanding of different property management systems.
- Respond to client and vendor messages in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors regarding service and effectively relay information back to the client.
- Address conflicts with professionalism and poise.
- Collaborate with team members to present new ideas and express challenges.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain an understanding of pools and lawns to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
- Adapt to changing environments and requirements.
