Position Summary for Customer Service Representative:

Weed Man Customer Service Representative (CSR) delight our clients by building relationships with customers. We believe that’s the only way to do the job. Whether you’re responding to a homeowner’s question about their lawn, reaching out to introduce custom services for our clients, or just checking in about the experience with Weed Man, the CSS play a pivotal part in keeping our clients informed, satisfied, and happy.

• Salary: $18.00 to $23 .00/hour plus commissions on sales  ($36,000 to $48,000 per year).

Duties and Responsibilities for Client Success Support Specialist:

• Effectively manage the accounts receivable function (process and handle payments and checks, debit/credit customer accounts, soft collections, etc.)
• Effectively communicate knowledge to homeowners so they can make decisions about their property via phone or email
• Fielding client requests for inspections and services at their homes through in bound and out bound calls
• De-escalate customer calls and effectively pinpoint and solve the customer's needs
• Analyze client account information and update data as necessary based on client interaction
• Work closely with on-site operations team to stay up to date on what’s happening in the lawns
• Communicate pro-actively with clients about the status of ongoing issues
• On-board new clients by informing them of potential services and close the sale
• Provide owners with advice on improvements they can make to their homes that will result in a better lawn
• Utilize the online measuring software to record information on the client database
• Utilize math skills in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Assist with various program operations when requested as responsibilities permit

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an office management/customer service or related position
• Managerial experience in an office environment is preferred
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Expert knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in sales an asset
