Client Services Specialist - Sign Projects
SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and oversee in-house marketing programs. As a representative of the Signarama brand, you will demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Front Counter Sales - Act as the main point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• In-House Marketing - Develop captivating direct mail campaigns and execute marketing strategies in partnership with the Owner/Marketing Representative.
• Customer Engagement - Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized follow-ups, such as sending thank-you cards with orders and maintaining continuous communication.
• Order Management - Process customer orders efficiently by accurately completing work orders, securing customer approvals, and overseeing down payments.
• Telemarketing - Make outreach calls to new and existing customers, including inactive ones, while nurturing relationships and driving sales.
• Prospecting includes identifying and contacting potential customers through various resources, such as lead groups and directories.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Area to address any inquiries related to current orders and ensure a transparent workflow.
• Vendor Relations - Foster robust relationships with vendors to obtain competitive quotes and enhance the order process.
• Campaigns - Implement unique campaigns bi-monthly and maintain continuous communication with inactive customers, club members, and top clients.
• Database Management - Enter and maintain accurate contact information for follow-up and marketing purposes.
• Customer Follow-Up - Notify customers promptly when their orders are ready and collect referrals for future outreach.
• Support Functions - Help the Owner with reports, daily paperwork, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
• Cross-Training - Support team efforts by staying adaptable and eager to learn various roles within the store.
• Store Presentation - Maintain the store's professional appearance and adhere to quality control standards for product orders.
• Training Participation - Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills in sales, product knowledge, and operational protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
• A combination of relevant education, training, or experience that equips you with the necessary skills for the role.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and demonstrate an understanding of business correspondence.
• Experience in customer sales or service, preferably in the sign or graphics industry.
• Successful completion of assessments carried out during the hiring process.
Knowledge
• Skilled in English, encompassing spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Fundamental math skills and the capability to interpret measurements.
• Familiarity with POS and accounting systems, data entry, and fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
• Strong communication skills encompass listening, speaking, and writing, which facilitate effective consultations and needs assessments.
• Displayed outstanding time management skills and resourcefulness in generating contact leads.
