Salary: $35,500 annually
Full-Time | Leadership & Coordination Role

Spoon River Home Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Client Services Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, mentoring others, and ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care. You’ll oversee private duty services while providing direct support and guidance to our caregiving staff.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality services

• Coordinate and assign staff based on client needs and service plans

• Review and evaluate individual cases, offering regular feedback to improve care

• Conduct case conferences and maintain open communication with staff

• Promote staff development through training and ongoing education

• Conduct record reviews, supervisory visits, and ensure regulatory compliance

• Help develop agency goals and support outreach efforts in the healthcare community

• Remain available for on-call duties and step in to staff clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and observation abilities

• Self-directed and highly organized with minimal supervision required

• Good physical stamina and mental resilience to meet role demands

• Licensed driver with reliable, insured transportation (in accordance with agency standards)

• Must meet all qualifications outlined in the Home Service Worker job description
