The Client Services Specialist supports Emergicon's Account Managers and Client Success Managers by overseeing key aspects of document preparation, project management, and client communication. This role involves writing and preparing documents, managing projects, and ensuring seamless client interactions to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.  This role offers the opportunity to engage with our valued clients and make a real impact.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and renewals 

• Track and manage the transition of closed deals from Sales to Operations 

• Assign Freshdesk tickets to the appropriate department/employee

• Complete documentation reviews for Client Success as needed

• Update client information in assigned databases

• Prepare client reports as needed

• Manage the Client Hotline to ensure continuous phone coverage and provide exemplary customer service

• Other job-related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma/GED required

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Knowledge of client relationship management software; Freshdesk experience is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed on a computer and requires long periods of sitting/standing at workstation.

Emergicon requires satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening.
