Client Services Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and renewals
• Track and manage the transition of closed deals from Sales to Operations
• Assign Freshdesk tickets to the appropriate department/employee
• Complete documentation reviews for Client Success as needed
• Update client information in assigned databases
• Prepare client reports as needed
• Manage the Client Hotline to ensure continuous phone coverage and provide exemplary customer service
• Other job-related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma/GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Knowledge of client relationship management software; Freshdesk experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed on a computer and requires long periods of sitting/standing at workstation.
