Class A CDL Truck Driver

Drivers are responsible for representing the best interests of Steadfast Shipping, LLC in the areas of delivery and customer service.  He/She typically spend their time delivering product to customers throughout MI, Southern WI, IL, IN, and Northwestern OH. Drivers add value during unloading by providing a helping hand.  He/She as a Driver, is service minded and values working collaboratively as a team, usually on the road, typically working Tuesday- Friday, but flexible to provide great customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Delivers excellent “A” level performance with superior customer service while focusing on “Needs Fulfillment Selling” to our customers.

·      Commits to driving as a career and must have a strong interest in people and salesmanship.

·      On occasion, may assist with shipping department, maintenance department, and or various tasks.

·      Works toward maximizing their own efficiency, to complete the daily delivery schedule on time, and works toward enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of Steadfast Shipping.

·      Working conditions may be hot, cold, wet, dry, indoors, or outside.

·      Ability to lift flats (10-75 lbs) and module boxes (5-75lbs) daily.
